Ukraine and Switzerland Launch CHF 30 Million Business Reform Programme

On 4 November, Ukraine and Switzerland presented the five-year CORE programme, with CHF 30 million (approximately US$36 million) allocated to improving the business environment, strengthening priority sectors, supporting SME co-investment and raising labour productivity. The programme runs from 2026 to 2031, with grant support distributed through competitive processes. It creates opportunities in policy advisory, business development and institutional partnerships; HPC can support policy research, programme evaluation and investment assessments.
